Week 13, Building Family in a Hostile Environment:
As I have said previously, our emphasis in these final weeks of this course is working on the Theology of the Family project. Here is the brief input for this week.
Watch this video by Chip Ingram. Take notes as you watch. Send me a copy of your notes. I'll get back to you with my comments.

Week 14, Sexual Purity: Does Anybody Do That Anymore?
Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about week 13. I'll be posting material for it soon. If you remember, however, I mentioned back in the seventh lecture of our classroom sessions that we would be treating that session and this weeks material kind of like "dinner, and then the leftovers." So, open the refrigerator door and take advantage of Dinner the Sequel.
There are probably more "leftovers" here than you can consume in several meals. Scan, read some. Hold onto this. It is useful material. You will likely find some material that will be helpful in your big project.

Family Life Thought #4:
We have two sessions planned on the subject of sexual purity, one during
the lecture/discussion series this month, and one in the online section later in the course. In working on those, I came across this article. The thinking parallels some stuff I have found helpful in the past.
I post it here for class members and also--especially--for unmarried young adults and parents of teens.
